KACC Construction Sdn Bhd is a Sarawak Bumiputera-basedG7 construction companyspecialising in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Buildings and Mechanical & Electrical Works. Since 1977, KACC has delivered in excess ofRM4.6 billionworth of projects for the public and private sectors — from the Federal Office Complex in Kuching to the 1.48 km Batang Sadong balanced-cantilever bridge, completed ahead of schedule and below cost.

Whistleblower Policy

Speak up. Without fear.

KACC provides a protected platform for all employees and members of the public to disclose suspected misconduct — fraud, corruption, abuse of power, conflicts of interest, misuse of funds, or acts endangering safety or the environment — at the earliest opportunity, without fear of reprisal or retaliation. Reports are submitted via the Whistleblower Reporting Form to an independent channel (speakupwarga@gmail.com), routed directly to the Whistleblowing Council, investigated promptly, and treated in strict confidence.

PERYATIM Partnership

During Ramadan, KACC organised a Buka Puasa gathering and a Raya Shopping Spree in collaboration with PERYATIM to support underprivileged children. During Hari Raya Aidiladha, the Group contributedfour cowsas part of its annual charitable initiative, with staff taking part in the slaughtering and distribution process at Kompleks PERYATIM.

World Cleanup Day

Beach Cleaning Programme, Santubang

KACC Construction and Javel Engineering staff, together with family members, cleaned Pantai Pasir Panjang near Santubang over five hours to protect the marine ecosystem.

KACC partnered with Kim Huang Enterprise (under the Association of Used Cooking Oil Development Malaysia), DNS Waste Management, encouraging staff, subsidiaries and the public to responsibly dispose of old office equipment, used cooking oil, recyclables and e-waste.

• Air purifiers, indoor plants and dual-flush push-button fittings improve air quality, comfort and water conservation at HQ.

A training programme conducted by Dr Ng Boon Seng built awareness of mental health, stress management and coping strategies, supporting a healthier and more productive workplace culture in line with QSHED and ESG commitments.
