Whistleblower Policy

Speak up. Without fear.

KACC provides a protected platform for all employees and members of the public to disclose suspected misconduct — fraud, corruption, abuse of power, conflicts of interest, misuse of funds, or acts endangering safety or the environment — at the earliest opportunity, without fear of reprisal or retaliation. Reports are submitted via the Whistleblower Reporting Form to an independent channel (speakupwarga@gmail.com), routed directly to the Whistleblowing Council, investigated promptly, and treated in strict confidence.
